Booking & Reservations

A booking request is not confirmed until payment has been processed and you receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline a booking request. Once confirmed, your reservation is guaranteed for the dates specified in your confirmation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free cancellation for a full refund up to 14 days before check-in.
• Cancellations made 7–14 days before check-in receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.
• We understand that plans change — please contact us as early as possible if you need to modify your reservation.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

Guest Responsibilities

• Maximum occupancy is 9 registered guests.
• No pets are permitted on the property.
• No smoking inside the home.
• No parties, events, or large gatherings without prior written approval.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting a booking request, you agree to be charged the total amount shown at checkout. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Liability

Casale Carla and its owners are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during your stay. Guests use the property and its amenities at their own risk. We recommend obtaining travel insurance for your trip.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page.
