Guest Policies

Please review our policies to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.

General Rules

  • Maximum occupancy is 6 registered guests.
  • No pets are permitted on the property.
  • No smoking inside the home.
  • No parties, events, weddings, or large gatherings without prior written approval.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
  • Guests must respect neighboring properties and the peaceful nature of the surrounding countryside.
  • Commercial photography or filming requires prior approval.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-In: 3:00 PM
  • Check-Out: 10:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request.

Property Care

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
  • Outdoor furniture should be returned to its original location before departure.
  • Air conditioning should be turned off when leaving the property for extended periods.
  • Please keep doors and windows closed when air conditioning is operating.

Parking

  • Parking is available for up to three vehicles.
  • Vehicles are parked at the owner's and guest's risk.

Safety

  • Children must be supervised at all times.
  • Guests should exercise caution on terraces, stairs, and outdoor areas.
  • Any safety concerns should be reported immediately.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Free cancellation for a full refund up to 14 days before check-in.
  • Cancellations made 7–14 days before check-in receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.
  • We understand that plans change — please contact us as early as possible to modify your reservation.
